english below // Auf der Suche nach einer CSD-Vorabend-Aktivität? Komm vorbei zu unserem Horrorfilmabend! Ab ca 20:30 starten wir den Film und verarbeiten die Gruselmomente danach zusammen mit ein paar Drinks und gemütlichem Zusammensitzen

Weil Horror nicht für jeden was ist, hier ein paar content notes:

– Andeutungen von Suizidalität
– Einige Szenen können schwierig sein mit Emetophobie
– Gewalt / Blut (ein paar gory Szenen, sind aber nicht der Fokus des Films)
– flackernde Lichter
– freigegeben in DE ab 16 Jahren

Wie immer: Eintritt frei, keine Diskriminierung, drinnen rauchfrei und keine harten Drogen (auch kein Hart Alk).

English // Looking for a pre-CSD evening activity? Come along to our horror movie night! We’ll start the movie at around 8:30pm and process the scary moments afterwards with a few drinks and a cozy get-together.

Because horror is not for everyone, here are a few content notes:

– Hints of suicidal tendencies
– Some scenes can be difficult with emetophobia
– Violence / blood (a few gory scenes, but are not the focus of the movie)
– flickering lights
– approved (in germany) for audiences aged 16 and older

As always: entry free, no discrimination, no smoking inside and no hard drugs (including hard booze).

Spenden-Punkt für Geflüchteten-Arbeit an französisch-italienischer Grenze

Wir haben in der Zollgarage einen Spendenpunkt eingerichtet für das Off-Piste-Kollektiv . Ihr könnt zu den angegebenen Zeiten vorbeikommen und eure Spenden ins Regal am Eingang tun. No Nation Truck und Off Piste Collective sind Gruppen, die in der Nähe der französisch-italienischen Grenze arbeiten und dort Menschen auf der Flucht unterstützten und mit ihnen solidarisch sind. Workshop: theatre of the oppresed

Theatre of the Oppressed invites people to become “spect-actors,” capable of taking action and using theater as a rehearsal space for social transformation. The topic we will work on will be decided together within the workshop. Event will be held in English. No experience or pre-knowledge needed!

Wanna try something new? Wanna get into acting, but make it chill? Then this theatre workshop might just be the best fit for you.
The Theatre of the Oppressed (TO) describes theatrical forms that the Brazilian theatre practitioner Augusto Boal first elaborated in the 1970s, initially in Brazil and later in Europe. Boal’s techniques use theatre as means of promoting social and political change in alignment originally with radical-left politics and later with centre-left ideology. In the Theatre of the Oppressed, the audience becomes active, such that as “spect-actors” they explore, show, analyse and transform the reality in which they are living (Wikipedia entry to “theatre of the oppressed”).
Boal believed that “we are all theatre” because, as human beings, we can all act, watch ourselves acting, and based on what we see, change what we do. Changes in our actions can, in turn, change the world around us. Theatre of the Oppressed provides a process for testing actions which can transform the groups, communities, and social systems in which we work and live. It is a rehearsal for change (centerforappliedtheatre.org).

Gaza Soli Party

Ein Mensch feiert am 29.3. Geburtstag nach mit dem Motto Royale Tea Party, alle Gäste tragen eine Art von Krone und du bist herzlich eingeladen! 😉

Ab 21:00 Uhr beginnt der öffentliche Teil zu dem es Soft Drinks, Wein, Sekt und Bier geben wird. Die Getränke gibt’s auf Soli Basis und wenn noch was übrig ist, sogar noch Süßes und herzhaftes zu essen, auf Soli Basis.

Wir sammeln für Gaza mit der Organisation „The Sameer Project“ vor. Schmeiß dich in dein royalstes Outfit und komm in die Potse. Trinken, essen und dabei noch was Gutes Tun?
Klingt wie ein Märchen, aber wir machen es möglich.

Royal Tea Party

I celebrate my birthday with the motto Royal Tea Party, all guests wear some kind of crown and you are invited! 😉

The public part starts at 21:00 and there will be soft drinks, wine, sparkling wine and beer. The drinks will be on a solidarity basis and if there is anything left, there will even be sweet and savory food on a solidarity basis.

We are collecting for Gaza with the organization “The Sameer Project”.

Dress up in your most royal outfit and come to the Potse. Drink, eat and do something good at the same time?
Sounds like a fairy tale, but we make it possible.

Ey es ist ja immer noch Winter draußen!

Winter Tresen

Ey kommt gern vorbei am Donnerstag den 19. Dezember zu unserem warmen Winter Tresen im sonst kalten kostenpflichtigen Berlin.
Zuerst gibts ein feines Film screening um 18 Uhr und dann ein toller Tresen ab 20 Uhr.
Gestaltet den reizenden Raum gern mit und bringt denkwürdige Dekoration.

Näh- und Siebdruckabend

Naaa, habt ihr auch zuhause einen Stapel Patches die ihr endlich mal aufnähen wollt? Oder ist euch dieser Stapel leer gegangen und er muss dringend mal wieder aufgefüllt werden? Und habt ihr auch diese eine Lieblingshose, die ihr nicht weg tun wollt, aber wo seit Ewigkeiten ein Knopf fehlt? Perfekt, dann kommt diesen Donnerstag (14.11.) zu unserem Näh- und Siebdrucknachmittag ab 16 Uhr in der Zollgarage! Es wird fertige Patches und auch ein bisschen selber Siebdrucken vor Ort geben. Bringt gern Stoffreste und Nähsachen mit. Außerdem gibt’s eine Secret-Challange: wer kriegt die ominöse Nähmaschine zum laufen? Es wird spannend! Wir freuen uns auf euch! 🖤
